What to send for a quote
- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Type of cargo (mention if it is temperature-controlled, dangerous or out-of-gauge) and HS code if known
- Packaging (pallets, cartons, crates, bulk, etc.)
- Number of pieces or pallets and dimensions
- Total gross weight
- Target shipping date and Incoterms
- Special handling needs (non-stackable, crane, temperature range, etc.)
What happens next
We first check your details and, if anything is missing or unclear, write to you to confirm it. We then assess the mode and route that suit your cargo and delivery expectations and prepare the quote on that basis. Where more than one option is possible, such as full truckload versus groupage, or road versus an intermodal plan, we explain the differences. Border and route conditions are confirmed for the planned shipment date.
Request form and tracking code
When you submit the request form, you receive a tracking code for your request (for example one starting with RYN-). Please mention it when you write to us. Once the shipment opens, we also share a tracking link showing its stages, estimated dates and documents such as the CMR and invoice.
Languages
You can write to us in Persian, English, Russian, Turkish or Chinese. Your buyer or supplier abroad can contact us in their own language too.

What information do you need for a quote?
Pickup and delivery addresses, cargo type, packaging, number of pieces or pallets, dimensions, total weight, target date and any special handling needs. If something is missing, we will write to you to complete it.
What happens after I submit the request form?
You receive a tracking code for your request. We review the details and get back to you; quoting the code in your messages helps us find your request quickly.
Can I send documents by email?
Yes. You can send a proforma invoice, packing list, SDS or cargo photos to info@royanlogistic.com.
Which languages do you use?
Persian, English, Russian, Turkish and Chinese. Your buyer or supplier abroad can also write to us in their own language.
